Are you still having problems? The levels still need to be accessed by progressing through the earlier levels (so you work your way across the map). Before buying the unlock, only about 7 of the levels (and one hex level) are accessible.

Purchased the full version but most levels appear to still be locked. Am I missing something?

Hi Chia,

I'm really glad you like the game! Sorry this reply has taken so long. The website was supposed to tell me when comments come in, but it looks like something went a bit wrong!

The rules for the Hexagon mode should be exactly the same (other than the additional links). So loops and multiple islands are still not allowed. That's also likely to apply to future modes.

Thanks,

Adam

Hi Stephen,

First of all. I'm really sorry about the late reply. The website is supposed to email when comments come in, and apparently this setup hasn't worked! I don't get a huge number of comments, so I didn't spot anything out of the ordinary until recently.

I'll do some checks to see if I can track the device temperature whilst running. I'm fairly certain that's not too hard to do. That way I might be able to isolate the exact cause.

Initially, the game does have to generate a fair number of puzzles in the background, so it's actually doing more work than it appears. However, it may be that I could optimise this further. For instance, the game shouldn't need to generate all puzzles initially (before they're unlocked for example) I've got more updates in the pipeline, so it's on my list to look at this either way.

I haven't had any problems (with temperature) in testing at this end (or on other people's devices), but it's possible I've missed something. I'm learning as I go with app development (Hashi is my first app on the device), so I often find that I can go back and improve things.

Either way, thanks for bringing these issues to my attention. It's very much appreciated.

Cheers,

Adam

I'm enjoying the game on both my iPhone 4 and iPad 1. I wonder if you could look into something though. I am finding that when playing Hashi Infinity, the iPhone gets very hot and the battery runs out in about an hour. The iPad does get as hot, but the game does seem to drain the battery much faster than I would expect for a puzzle game.

Hi, I love the game Hashi Infinity, very addicted and challenging! However I got a question to ask about the rule, for the normal mode, loops and more than 1 island are not allowed, are these rules applied to the hexagon mode too?

Congratulations on completing that level, Lisa! It only took all of 10 days for you.

Waiting for your screen shots, Adam :)

Wow, what a level! Fantastic game, my girlfriend and I found it yesterday and are really enjoying it! So far this was the only level we needed help for. Question: how come the little red ones seem to get stronger? The gun towers just mow them like a meadow at the beginning, but towards the end all foes seem to be much tougher!?!

Anyway, fantastic game. Oh, and great music. And graphics. And even story! Ah, the whole package is worth more than 80 M$!

Not to worry. It gave me a challenge.

I'm now trying to get 20/20 on all levels. Currently on 354/400. :D

I really enjoyed Towers and play it every time I turn the Xbox on. Great game.
